i agree wid bravo!

Chronic laryngitis is, in real sense, irreversible alterations of the laryngeal mucosa, most commonly related to smoke or even occupational/enviornmental exposure to toxic fumes or any other irritant.

this itself is a premalignant condition which can later develop into squamous cell carcinoma of larynx.

premalignant carcinoma of larynx is a wierd term used here to create confusion, for, if its already a carcinoma, it cant be premalignant.
