how many of u have done it? if yes can some one tell me what kinda of research it was?

what documentation is required to prove u r research credentials??? is it necessary to have copies of original research work or simple copy of published results and acceptance letter by journal is sufficient?

Actually, the moment u ve journal acceptance letter, u can put it in ur CV as a publication. But, if u talk about interviews, at least u sd ve a reprint of the article. if dont ve it yet...i mean if its in press, then u ve an excuse and just tell them wat research is all about. If journal is really good, then its good to mention the impact factors. Also look...sometimes articles are immediately cited on some world known websites like breast cancer news etc. thats additional point in ur CV.
