A.Trichomonas vaginalis B. Gardnerella C. Chlamydia D. Gonorrhoea E. M.tuberculosis. F. HIV G Lymphogranuloma venerum H Treponema pallidum I Granuloma inguinale J Candida albicans K staphylococci aureus.
1. A 22 yrs old woman presents with intensely irritating yellowish-green frothy vaginal dischare with severe dyspareunia. The organism is seen under the microscope in a drop of saline.
2. A 30 yrs old pregnant woman present with a thick, white vaginal discharge associated with irritation of the valva.
3. A 16 yrs old girl who uses tampons presents with cervicitis, urethritis, and right knee pain.
4. A 28 yrs old woman presents with acute right upper quadrant abdominal pain and watery vaginal discharge. The organism is detected by microimmunofluorescence.
5. A 23 yrs old woman presents with fishy smelling vaginal odour. Clue cells are found in the smear.
