Q. Pancreatic cholera is characterised by all EXCEPT:

1. hypokalemia
2. achlorhydria
3. hypercalcemia
4. hyperglycemia

Ans given in the book is hypercalcemia.

But i think the answer is hyperglycemia.
could u guys help me solve this one with ref pls.

No achlorhydria is a part of WDHA (Watery diarrhoea hypokalemia achlorhydria) i suppose its right ! - is another name for Pancreatic cholera.

complications include hyperglycemia and hypercalcemia.

But i wasn't sure to go for which one? That made me to post this question
