1. A 40 y/o obese man presents with projectile haematemesis after ingestion of a five course meal and wine.
2. A 50 y/o man presents with massive haematemesis. He is noted to have freckles on his lower lips
3. A 60 y/o alcoholic man presents with massive haematemesis and shock. He is noted to have finger clubbing and ascites.
4. A 70 y/o man with chronic hoarseness presents with retrosternal chest pain and haematemesis. He has h/o achalasia and has lost 1 stone in wt.
5. A 65 y/o man presents with haematemesis. He is noted to have an enlarged left supraclavicular node, ascited, and anaemia.
