Thymomas may occur in association with a variety of autoimmune and haematologic phenomena including:

myasthenia gravis - the most common association but less often associated with more aggressive thymomas
haematologic cytopenias e.g. aplastic anaemia
hypogammaglobulinaemia
collagen vascular diseases e.g. systemic lupus erythematous
non-thymic malignancies

Dermatomyositis
Polymyositis
Autoimmune thyroiditis
Ulcerative colitis
Pernicious anemia
Scleroderma
Rheumatoid arthritis
Raynaud phenomenon
Regional enteritis
Diabetes
Amyloidosis
Chronic hepatitis
Cushing syndrome
Addison disease

Thymoma is most common tumor of thymic gland .

About 30% pt of thymoma have myasthenia graves and about 15%of pt with MG develop thymoma.

Besides myasthenia , thymoma can produce a variety of paraneoplastic syndromes.These include:
1cytopenias
2:red cell aplasia
3:hypogammaglobulinea
4:Autoimmune disorders (Rheumatoid arthritis,SLE,polymyositis)
I'm not sure about 1st two options
