Hi guys I thought since there are lot of queries for this topic I think I can give some information that I have. Now this is how you can do it in person I dont know how it goes after applying online because all all people I have read did not get any response from MOH after that. If you re in UAE ur seld go to the MOH office in person whether in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. I went to the Abu Dhabi office in Hamdan Street. Take all your documents to that office on the date of registration ( it is a good idea to leave early to have enough time to find it if u re new in Emirates ) The office will give you a form to fill requiring your details as are asked on website. A person will check all your documents and asses you whether the documents re right to allow you to Register for exam You will get a E Dirham card of 100 AED from across the road from a bank and take that to the cashier who will issue you a reciept Attach that reciept with the application and u will be given a copy of the application and ask for the details of exam venue they will also issue you a slip for examination with you photo , so remember to take3-4 photographs. People having more knowledge about this please share it here.
As far as preps is concerned most candidates passing part 1 had studied Oxford Handbooks of MEd and Clinial Specs when i appeared.

N wht books to consult ,,, i dont understand y rhere is no information regarding exam calender n abt books anywhere. I had the worst experience in MOH abu dhabi, It is getting step motherly treatment. Dubai has DOHMS and abu dhabi has GAHS, the sheiks are not bothered with MOH. the staff think that they are some superior species. there is a stupid lady who is head of evaluation section, may be some Arts or commerce high schoold drop out who knows nothing about medicine is running the show. if she does not understand something, she would send to another stupid indian clerk.
