Is it 2.Noradrenaline? It increases the contractility as well as rate of relaxation of the heart.

Digoxin on the other hand causes impaired relaxation of the heart.

yes Shriya u r rite again...The question is simply asking which drug increases heart rate ( increases contraction and increases relaxation phase means decreases the systolic interval and the diastolic interval thereby increasing heart rate)...so noradrenaline is the answer.

The others are only inotropic and not chronotropic...
