hello can the moderater of this web site tell me if f1 visa is better or b1 , b2 visa is better for getting a observer's post and then later residency .
i hve done my step 1 in nov got 87.

i have to decide fast please tell me , i plan to settle down in u.s and i may look for a alliance once iam thru with step 3 .

kindly advise with my future plan's taken into consideration.
