Dear jayanta, you need to study cource of major vessels only for your entrance exam. icon_smile.gif

But for those studying for plastic surgery(myself included), cource of even smaller vessels of 0.5 mm and perforators are to be studied.As designing of flaps require knowledge of all vessels of the body. icon_sad.gif
