i know there's a disparity in the money given to pgts in various states..can you tell me what is the pay like in various states??well i'm from west bengal so i can throw some light on this state...pgts actually get around 7500rs but they have to give 1000rs as tuition fees /month so actual money comes somewhere around 6500rs.

in Punjab it is 15000 p.m. but you get it once every 6 months. every body please throw some light on there states as the AIPGE results are cvery near.

in Maharashtra it differs wid year of residency and ranges from 6,500 to 8,000 and we get it every month..


compared to other states the fee is less.......



in MP i know they pay 12,000 a month but then the fee is 60,000.....

well in west bengal u get paid regularly.i heard in patna pay is 11000 but u get once in 5 mths and after 3 yrs of toil whatever they owe u ,they gobble it up!!

In TamilNadu u get paid about Rs.5500 and the fees is about 30000/year... for MCh its about 6400 Rs. The stipend is paid every month..

Hope the new rule in TamilNadu wil bring some change in the stipend and fees ...
