1)congenital adrenal hyperplasia
2)panhypopituitarism
3)Secondary hypothyroidism
4)Hyperaldosteronism
5)pyloric stenosis

ans is functional constipation here are few diff b/w hirsch and func
functional hirsch
1 onset usually after2 yr at birth
2.encopresis common very rare
3 failure to thrive uncommon common
4. anal tone normal normal
5.rectal examination stool in ampula ampulla empty
6.ano rectal manomet distension of rectum causes paradoxical increase in
relx of internal sphinter pressure
7.barium enema massive amount of stools TRANSITION ZONE
NO TRASITION ZONE
8.rectal bioosy normal no ganglion cells , i increased acetylchol
