hi...will clear your confusion...

the deans letter is to say you havent done internship....that is what makes you eligible for F1 ....other wise try applying for F2 which dont seem to get advertised....???? if you have done internship at home then apply for stand alone SHO posts. Please note if you to apply for F1 if you get the form signed and get eligibilty letter you will be eligible for restricted Limited registration ie will not be able to apply for SHO posts. The deadlines for F1 commencing August 2006 are now over . Anyone wanting to apply should now wait for clearing in Summer or wait till October 2006 to apply for August Posts.

Hope I have made it clear.

Hi I think you r mistaken ....deadlines for Aug 2006 are over...they started taking applications in October 2005..the matching process has gone inot phase 2 now ...and the clearnce will take place in summer after the local medical schools final exams results r out...

You can get the form signed for Aug 2007 but is there a guarantee that the form will remain the same ...I dont think it will waste your time if get it signed just before their website opens in October this year for Aug 2007 application.

Hope have helped you...
