well inspired by harshad i decided to start a club 4 all guys who want to give mhpgcet in this thread we will discuss all the question asked from 2000 mhpgcet to 2006 mhpgcet... so guys who are in the club? i will start posting questions strating with Anatomy or medicine from year 2000 with their relevant discussion give FEEDBACK ......

1all r branches of post cord except- 1 thoracodorsal 2 radial 3 suprascapular 4 axillary ans-- suprascapular which is from upper trunk

branches of post cord (MNEU-- ULNAR--- but ulnar nerve part of medial cord)
post cord formed from post divisions of all three trunks upper middle lower hence root valve may be anywhere (c5678t1)
UPPER SUBSCAPULAR-- C56 SUBSCAPULARIS
LOWER SUBSCAPULAR-- C56 SUBSCAPULARIS TERES MAJOR
NERVE TO LAT DORSI C678 -- LAT DORSI
AXILLARY N--C56-- DELTOID, TERES MINOR(PSEUDOGANGLION) ANT INF SKIN OVER DELTOID, LAT CUT N OF ARM
FINALLY RADIAL N-- C5678T1

2nd Coastal cart, arch aorta begins, trachea bifurcates, deep cardiac plexus, uppper limit base of heart, pul trunk just divides blow the level, azyzous vein arches over rt lung root to drain in svc, thoracic duct deviates rt to left.

ans ---- all other artery contributing perostial which is rich derived from muscular and ligamentous arteries
at metaphysis alll these arteries anastomose.... thus richly suuplied
