1)F coz the peak age in feamle is ~27years,and male is ~21 (2F)COZ its equal ratio in both M:F=1:1
(3T)COZ ithas DOPAMINE HYPOTHESIS theory:the excessive activity in the mesolombic dopimine pathawy and meadite positive symptomsof phychosis.and im not sure about last two. icon_confused.gif icon_confused.gif

Emil Kraepelin differentiated major psychiatric illnesses into Dementia precox(now schizo..) & manic depressive psychosis in 1896.
he recognized characteristic features of dementia precox- delusions, hallucinations, disturbances of affect & motor disturbances.

Eugen Bleuler(1911) renamed it as schizophrenia, describes fundamental & accessory symptoms.

Kurt Schneider(1959) described first rank symptoms & second rank symptoms of schizophrenia.
