i dont think so there is any discrimination for non gujaratis
but if you take a heavy branch like gynec surgery or orthopaedics you will have to work very hard but it happens to all juniour residents

on the other hand if you are from all india you might have more attention among ug students because until now there is not really more gujaratis clearing all india so you may be treated as knowledgeable among ug students and interneess

another thing you are from maharastra please give information regarding bond conditions in bombay
i have it around 10 lacs

please clearify the thing
