icon_arrow.gif Bleomycin = pulmonary fibrosis
icon_arrow.gif Doxorubicin and Daunorubicin = cardiotoxicity
icon_arrow.gif Cyclophosphamide = hemorrhagic cystitis
icon_arrow.gif Vincristine = peripheral neuropathy
icon_arrow.gif Metronidazole = Disufiram-like reaction and peripheral neuropathy ,
metallic taste

1. Trazadone = priapism
2.Verapamil = constipation
3.ACE I inhibitors = angioedema, rash, dry cough
4. Clopidogrol = HUS, TTP
6. Indinavir = renal stones
7. AZT = bone marrow suppression, macrocytic anemia
8. Heparin = thrombocytopenia (HIT)
9. INH = peripheral neuropathy
10. Hydralazine= Lupus-like syndrome (also Procainamide)

PHENYTOIN-nystagmus,diplopia,ataxia,sedation,gingival hyperplasia,anemias,hirsutism,fetal hydantoin syndrome.
DIGOXIN-Arrythmias,nausea,diarrhea.
