No my dear. This is characteristic of Endometrial Ca. This pain occurs daily at a fixed time. Occurs usually in hypogastrium or iliac fossa.

Some more facts :-

1) This pain never lasts for more than 1-2 hours.

2) It is mild - mod in nature.

3) Seen in approx 15% cases of Endometrial Ca.

4) It is probably due to the expulsive contractions of the uterus.
