Qn2.answer is patau's syndrome...

2 I think Ans is both turners and Downs,if the patient is female then turners syndrome and Nuchal hygromas r associated with Downs syndrome
correct me if iam wrong

1) ASD+ MS...more correctlt its ostium secondum ASD which is the more common type

2) Answer is TURNER's..

Pataus-more common association with cleft lip/palate..

hi regarding 1st q ru talking about PHC OR psuedoPHC
PHC======its a beningn inherited condition,defect in terminal neurtophil diffrentiatiom[bilobed nucleus-spectacle shape]
psuedoPHC======seen in AML
CML
MYELODYSPLASTIC
iam confused i don't know the ANS for the 1st one

hi first two were catch questions..

I was asking about PHC NOT psudo-PHC for which ure list is correct..
Pelger-Huet cells aresen in ALL

2) Answer is ONION-Peel..

Note the question asked about whats seen in the SPLEEN...
Wire loop is in the KIDNEY..
Hematoxylin body is in the cell..

3) ure answer is correct
