Quick Scroll Debate: Why did you choose Australia ? 02.18.06 (2 years ago) #1

Hi guys, i have just given my final mbbs exam, m relly interested in pursuing surgery abroad, i wud like to know out of US/UK/Australia /Canada where is the highest chance of me getting surgery, so i cn narrow down my search to one country. Does getting surgery need a very high score in their respective exams? Also m i being realistic in thinking that i might get surgery abroad? I really dont want to appear for these exams, work hard in clearing only to realize that surg is not given to overseas graduates like me! Pls help!

Congrats to all the guys who have cleared their AMC & best of luck to ones preparing for it. icon_biggrin.gif

I have just started with my internship, & not sure whether to Give AMC exam or USMLE . icon_question.gif
Since you all are interested in Aus i just wanted to know from you guys what made you go for Aus than say any other country eg. US?

What are the advantages of doing pg in Aus than in US?
