Quick Scroll Debate: Why girls are dissuaded from taking Orthopaedics? 03.09.06 (2 years ago) #1

dear all,
i want to get a frank opinion about this:" Masters in Surgery for girls". whenever i told somebody that i am interested in surgery.......... i got a reply that you must be practical.......... surgery is not for girls etc.......... Go for Gynae ............ and all other options.
I want to know why girls are dissuaded taking surgery??????????. Is there no scope for girls there????

I differ.....

orthopaedics and Forensic are not suited for girls.

Girls are better than boys in branches like OG, Paed, Path and even Radiology

I have already explained
