Hey guys I am a newbie. Hi to all!!

I am from R.N.T. Medical College, Udaipur
Stipend: around Rs. 11,000
Advantages:
1. I would rate it good if not the best
2. Patient inflow is good
3. Variety of cases is above average
4. Teaching is excellent
5. Udaipur is a nice place to spend 3 years
6. Cardiology posting is very good and gives a good exposure

Disadvantages:
1. Language problem because most of the drainage area is inhabited by tribals. So its hard to gauge their language
2. One unit is notorious because of its chief's behaviour. Do check it out before joining
3. Lacks superspeciality departments ecxcept cardiology

i want to join rnt surgery udaipur what do u think about patient load in surgery department what about surgical faculty what type of exposure surgery pg get in hospital. what kind of patients come here . what about superspecialisation departments.
