foetal macrosomia.....havent read that females with gestational diabetes mellitus have a high risk of placents praevia!
uterine structural anomalies would definitely predispose....multiple gestation too there are chances of low lying placenta .... and in prior caesarean there are chances of placenta being implanted on the uterine scar which is in the lower segment....
