2 years old boy was brought to hospital, semiconscious cold periphrys,
oxygen saturation 75
emergency treatment and investigations (CBC, electrolytes,LFTs normal)
RBS 280

ergent ct scan (normal)
CSF L 80% ,N 20% other normal
g i bleeding , apnoea, hypotension
after 30 mins the boy was in intubator.
the boy died withen 2 hours ,nothing could save him........???

family says that the boys sister(6 years old) removed a black object
from the boys MOUTH that day (SCORPION ,INSECT ,????????)
anti scorpin was given to child

family says that the child was unwell 2 days back but same day morning he was alright playing in the yard

the family rejected the idea of autopsy

so the diagnose left for u
