Hi friends!

frank breech with flexed head is not an indication at all! It may be breech with deflexed/extended head..

Both breech may be indication in twins, but it's not absolute.

I'd like to go for footling, as it is the only given indication for c/s in Dutta, as there are 5-20% chances of cors prolapse.

One other book for operative obstetrics also confirms it..

first breech of twin..consider locked twin otherwise...
as B is concerned..can also deliver vaginally if average size..so not absolute indiaction
