Persistent plaques on penis and inguinal area
A 94-year-old male has had two persistent plaques on the right inguinal area and penis for several years. Lesions had been excised from these sites by Mohs’ micrographic surgery 5 years previously. He has a history of congestive heart failure and a recent onset of renal failure that was treated with hemodialysis.

What is your diagnosis?
