a) esophagitis
b) bazoar
c) hiatus hernia
d) duo ulcer

it is hiatus hernia. bezoar will not expalin vomiting since birth/ early infancy. dysphagia more for solids indicates structural/ anatomical obstruction hence it should be hiatus hernia.

ya...hiatus hernia....would have marked that...
but y cant it be oesophagitis....(because oesophagitis can occur in infants n cause vomiting as a major symptom right?)...does it have something to do wit dysphagia for solids...pls explain....

it is hiatus hernia. Oesophagitis will vause vomiting but not dysphagia specific to solids.
the thumb rule dysphagia to solids first is likely to be a mechanical cause and that to liquids first is due to neurological causes
