thanks BRAVO and deadly doc for the correct answer.

.......few lines from Chapman

pneumoperitoneum

in errect posture --free gas under diaphragm

in supine position-- 2 sides of bowel
--falciform ligament is outlined by free gas
--in infants a large volume of gas will collect centrally, producing a rounded , relative translucency over the central abdomen
