F. Retrocecal appendicitis
G. Myocardial infarction
H. Basal pneumonia
I. Ac pancreatitis
J. Ac cholecystitis
K. Ca. Pancreas
L. Hepatocellular Ca
M. Hydatid disease
N. AIDS
O. Chr Pancreatitis
P. Chr. cholecystitis
Q. Liver abscess,pyogenic.


1. A 50 yo man complains of wt loss ,diarrhea, and abdo pain& flatulence. On examn he has icterus and pedal edema.
2. A 48 yo man presents with acute epigastric pain which radiates thru' to the back.On physical examn you find tenderness and guarding.
3. A 62 yo Welsh farmer complains of pain in the right hypochondrium .Examn reveals enlarged liver and USG shows fluid filled cyst.
4. A 45 yo truck driver presents with a large ,tender , irregular liver.He has no appetite and has lost 2 stones of wt in the past 3 months. he was known to have Hepatitis B
5. A 38 yo man presents with fever and abdo pain. O/E he is icteric and has a tender hypochondrium
