is that neonatal sepsis and answer is 2?

yes, I suspect neonatal sepsis..

but Ix will be Lumbar puncture..

It is given in Ghai that in late onset sepsis(after 72 hours age) it is preferable to perform lumbar puncture..

as there is no evidence of hypothermia best thing to do is a sepsis screening by CRP and blood culture and if necessary. LP
