i appered in 2006 april exam
1st paper was difficult
2nd paper was HORRIBALE :?:
3rd paper was fair

there were alot of ECGs & CXRs :evil:

Well ,my paper was very bad.

The questions for now are as follows --

1. X ray chest --in HIV pt .was it ?TB or Pnuemocystis C

2.Xray in a male with bilateral basal crackles--was it Hypersensitive pnuemonitis??

3.ECG in a female with palpitaion and she was asthma pt .--answer ??verpamil or amiodarone?

4.Digoxin toxicity --pacing or digibind

5.CT Scan abdomen --renal mass -?hypernephroma or cystic kidney

6.Renal transplant pt --?chronic allograt nephropathy?

7. Echo --showing cardiomyopathy--was it doxarubcin cardiomyopathy?

8.Neuropathy --?drug induced in HIV pt --diadanosine or HIV disease related

9.Neuralgic amyotrophy ?or root compression ??in UPPER LIMB with shoulder pain and weakness

10. Fibromyalgia --tender spots in muscle

11. Aspirin overdose --gastric lavage ,chracoal or forced alkaline diuresis?

12.lithium overdose --haemodialysis ?

13.Methaemoglobinemea --16% --treatment --methyelene blue or hyperbaric oygen

14. toxic shock syndrome--treatment

15. MRSA --treatment?

16.Women travelled abroad --developed bloating with loose stools dificult to flush

What is the best investigations--is it duodenal aspirate or biopsy ?

17.HAIRY growth in a male --picture --cylosporin side effect.

18.wilsons disease

19.Viral encepalitis

20.Xray chest --showing? parapnuemonic effusion

21.Xray chest shwoing --? loculated effusion

22.Xray standing abodmen--?large intestinal obstruction

24. RWMI with recurent inferolateral MI --cause ? subacute stent thrombosis ?

25.Topical clotrimazole -for vaginal candiasis

26.echo --for paradoxical emboslism

27 .Drug of choice for prventing recurent storke in a pt wih CVA and Hypercholstereamia-- statin or aspirin

28.Drug of choice for HTN with renal involvemnt in SCLERODERMA pt.

29.Drug which will increase the blood flow in a patient with raynauds disease.

30. diazepam toxicity in a young male with spontaneuos recovery

31.Boy whose mother was having breast cancer --he was showing altered behaviour --?solvent abuse or....
