my friend albedon i am from guwahati got rank in both allindia and state ....... i woud like to know about dibrughar from ur point of view .. i have already trided on my part to remove bad image of Assam and got lots of call regarding guwahati and dibrughar . i dont think optha , ENT , anaestesia etc dept not good enough in dibrughar . my no [snip]

this is the appeal to everyone to keep protesting

all of us are fighting against the system and it will take sometime before we win

quota is the barrier of progress but in Assam 56% oe student are OBC and 15% are SC/ST
