Dear All,
Has anybody tried using USMLE 1 Kaplan notes for the AIPGE exam
USMLE 1 books meaning Anatomy Physiology biochem etc ..............
Opinions and suggestions sincerely appreciated.

a lot many people did that about 2-3 yrs back when their was a trend to give questions from the PRETESTS.
but the trend has again changed and these days examiners are back to their old ways.

yeah i have used kaplan 1 for the preparation. they r worth reading especially when u dony have time.

Actually they are a bit superficial but still they r good.
I plan to use kaplan biochem for AIPGE and also some goljan's patho.

I thought i was the only one trying such things, but happy to know that there r more like me!

Better not try these things for pg..............huge content, this kaplan books and cds...............Mk+Aa+AAA+pgi book and text books or other study materials(Iams/Bhatia) with few revisions will take a long time.............How can u squeeze kaplan in?..............If u get extra time, do the mk and aa again so that u never miss the repeat qns............

i have heard goljan patho n kaplan immuno/micro are good... does any1 think they can be additive to the rest we usually read 4 AIPGE /AIIMS
