there r many causes of a.fibrillation-
1. IHD
2. MI
3. HT
4. mitral valve diseases.
5. Rh. fever.
6. thyrotosicosis.
And rare causes include
1.cardiomyopathy.
2.bronchial ca.
3.atrial myxoma.
4.constrictive pericarditis.
5.haemochromatosis.
6.ASD.
7.cor pulmonale.
8.Digoxin.
9.Endocarditis.
10.Head injury.

going by the principl e of reentry currents required to cause afib
anything thatll cause dilatation will lead to currents leading to afib so methinks its pericarditis in vsd asd mi there is dilatation of the chambers

bcoz it is not dilataion which results in AFB but it is stress on atria as in mitral valve disease or any damage to its muscle fibres as in MI.so i think it shud be ASD

first of re-entry is not the only thing that causes atrial fibrillation...
it is choatic and abberent stimulation of the atria that leads to AF....
Af usually occurs due to premature atrial extarsystole..... Af is commonly seen in association with cardiac failure
Af is supported by atrial muscle mass...
hence it is common in mitral and tricuspid diseases.. so may be ASD too
30% of constrictive pericarditis...
WPW (re-entry phenomenon)
IHD
...
in my opinion answer as to be VSD.
