Hi guyz!
The most popular of course is Heine B200, but some of my friends are quite happy with Keeler's....., Welch Allyn has problem with spare bulbs. Heine' costs about Rs 14,000 odd. Best is see the ones which are available in your unit and which one you are comfortable with, compare, and then buy.
Kanski 5th ed came out in 2003. I am not quite aware if there's any new edition coming.

The books you mentioned are quite good. But you need to read Kanski first before getting on with Peyman's. What books will you use for Anatomy , Optics & Refraction and Surgical techniques ? Consider possessing a Wills Eye Manual.
