facial nerve supplies submandibular gland via chordae tympanic nerve, i.e it given a branch to submandibular ganglion which supplies bt submandibular n sublingual gland.
so the ans is lacrimal gland

but lacrimal glan is supplied by lacrimal nerve thru ptrygopalatine ganglion. pre gang fibers r frm gr8ter petrosal branch of facial nerve.

Glands of nose are supplied by GENERAL MOTOR EFFERENTS of facial nerve

hence ans is parotid.

parasymp supply of parotid is auriculotemporal nerve, pre gang being IX nerve.
symp supply of gland is frm plexus around ext carotid.
sensory frm auriculotemporal and C2 frm gr8 auricular!!!

so no trace of facial nerve!!!!

ya the answer is parotid as to lacrimal it gives preganglionic supply via greater petrosal n the submandibular gland is supplied by chordae tympani but parotid preganglionic supply is by glossopharangeal nerve n postganglionic supply by auricotemporal nerve a branch of mandibular nerve
