Well not yet myself but some of my friends have been sucessful ingetting F2 job.One of them has got shortlisting from 4 differenet deaneries in 2 weeks time. She attended 3 interviews and got offer from 2 deaneries. She has accepted offer from Penninsula deanery.
Another got in Gillingham Kent.
Another in Eastern.
Another in yorkshire.
I got one shortlisting by Gillingham but not sucessful. Anyway, I want to tell that on my interview day they checked visas and refused 3 of candidates to give intrview as they had PFT.It was awful. They should better not shortlist such candidates as it is really bad to 1st invite and then at last hour refuse to have interview just because of visa status.

Hi Posh,
CONGRATULATION.
Well,As far as I know, it all depends upon individual deaneries. Some don't mind it as they keep few people on reserved seats and if somebody they have selected withdraw accepted offer, they give chance to next merit person.BUT some deaneries can take strick action against you if you do so such as telling your refrees and some even notifying GMC as this come under unethical behaviur.
One of the consultant suggest me that if you cought in such a tricky situation, don't take it light. Contact the employers from where you have accepted 1st offer(preferably go and meet them personally)explain to them about the situation(
YOu may explain to them your personal reasons) and then ASKED from them that what should you do?? and then go accordingly.
I hope this explanation will be of some help.
And yes about my friend, she is living in Leicester, in fact,at the walking distence from Leicester Hosp. She attened 1st Peninsula interview and then Leicester one. She was offered jod from peninsula on Monday and they had given time till Thursday. She waited for response from Leicester till wednesday and then on wednesday eveving she accepted offer from peninsula.Next day she recieved offer from Leicester as well but as she had already accepted one offer, so she refused Leicester one.Now she is ready to relocate to Peninsula.

hi nirfan!
all the best...actually,in LNR deanery, they kept a structured interview and wanted specific things..told us to prepare PDP & a case based discussion...
but Mersey hasnt specified anythng,so u should be ready with everythng...audit,research,NICE,team work...the usual stuff
do u know how many ppl have been shortlisted in Mersey?u`l hv better chances if there r less ppl...

hi posh,

Are you going to go for this interview? What is your interview time and day?
