b)hip
c) knee

In Maheswari as well as reddy its given tht
Dorso lumbar spine is the MC site of bone & joint tb
Lower thoracic > upper lumbar > hip > knee > elbow
I'll go with a)

tb of the spine is called tb spondylitis or potts spine. no doubt the most common site of bone tb is the spine, but just see the way the question is framed carefully. mc site of tb arthritis cannot be spine, it is hip joint i wud say.

the infection of bone is called as osteomyelitis and infection of joints is called as arthritis. osteomyelitis is caused most commonly by pyogenic organisms and arthritis is more commonly seen in tuberculosis. (there is no question of spondylitis)
so the answer here is dorsal spine.
