hi tried changing my username by going into the edit profile, says that the profile has been updated, and still isn't changed...?

can anyone help?

For security reasons, changing usernames is not allowed via your control panel. To change your username, please contact RxPG team via FEEDBACK form and include the new Sign In name you need (should be available though) and your existing username.
