Help: Sign In Problems in RxPG?

Many users and New members frequently write to us regarding Sign In problems in RxPG website. So we have decided to provide this brief tutorial wherein you can do some basic things to solve these problems.
# PROBLEM: I SIGNED UP RECENTLY BUT I AM UNABLE TO UPGRADE MY RXPG ACCOUNT. THE PAGE KEEP REDIRECTING TO THE SAME FORM
This is most probably a problem with your browser that you are using to access RxPG. A main reason can be that your browser is set at high secure settings and is unable to accept cookies from RxPG website. Cookies are small text files which are stored in your browser when you visit a website and usually they contain the your Sign In information in encrypted format. They help in any website in identifying that you are indeed you! Contrary to popular belief, cookies are not spyware and are vital for normal functioning of your user accounts on any website that require Sign In. To see what data in stored in any cookie for any website, just type this code in your browser url when you are the site you need to see the cookie information about:

HOW DO I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM THEN?
To solve this simple problem, you need to set your browser to accept cookies from RxPG website. You can do so by these simple steps.
1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu (or View menu in Internet Explorer version 4.x).
2. In Internet Explorer 5, click the Security tab, and then click Custom Level. Click Enable or Prompt under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.
In Internet Explorer 4.x, click the Advanced tab, and then click Prompt Before Accepting Cookies or Always Accept Cookies.
3. Click OK until you return to Internet Explorer.
4. Connect to the Web address from which you received the "Not accepting cookies" error message to verify that you are able to gain access to the Web page.
If you select the Prompt Before Accepting Cookies option and you still cannot access the Web page, follow the steps above again and select the Always Accept Cookies option (the Enable option in Internet Explorer 5).

Hi Team.
My problem is slightly different...on n off wen I try to log in I get the message this IP is blocked. What can be the reasn for that?

people finding trouble while Sign In or some where , try mailing through your proper e - id to the rxpg or else try trhough complaints section . these both helped me a lot . rxpg team and members are polite and swift attending to problems , this iv seen right before my eyes .

If you are using Google Accelerator, there could be Sign In problems (as I found at Wikipedia)
