2nd degree in the upper limb, what do u do ?
-Debrid & SKIN graft.
-Debrid puncture blisters & bandage with topic cream
-Leave the wound open & systemic antibiotic

debride and skin graft.

Superficial 2nd degree burns can be treated with elevation and topical antibiotica and passive joint motion.
Deep second degree burn is treated with early excision and skin grafting.
