Can I change my spelling man in English to get a B1 visa, even I was in United states with the old spelling name...??? (I will keep my name in my native language)

My name is in Farsi alphabet, my passport includes both english and farsi alphabets, so I'll keep the Farsi one and change the english.
I think that they can't recognize my last visit to US on the interview in the embassy that's what I ment

My name is in Farsi alphabet, my passport includes both english and farsi alphabets, so I'll keep the Farsi one and change the english.
I'll do that to clean my history with the embassy, something like starting over, I've good papers to get a b1 visa but I got many refusal before(214b).
I think that they won't recognize my last visit to US or the interview in the embassy. that's what I ment.
