Which of these is a conservativemutator? a.glutamic acid glutamine b.histidine-glycine c.alanine -leucine d.arginine -aspartic acid i could not get any reference or any text regarding this MCQ.ASHISH_AMIT says c is correct.please help me out.

Conservative mutation: A change in a DNA or RNA sequence that leads to the replacement of one amino acid with a biochemically similar one. It is conservative in the sense that it is not a radical change that might, for example, stop all protein production.

conservative mutation is one that replaces an acidic amino acid with another acidic aa, a basic aa with basic one, and a neutral aa with neutral one. Therefore the answer is C.
