distorting needles,disposing after disinfection?/decontamination??..fine

could not choose betn-decontaminate and disinfect

could be 1/3??

no,just remembered we used to distort needles,disposing
has to be done so next thing is either disinfection/decontamination???

okay people! this is what i got from page 599 park 18th.
waste sharps r included in category no.4 and what is done is :disinfection (by chemical treatment / autoclaving /microwaving ) and mutilation / shredding.

the word "decontaminate " is not mentioned.
so, the answer is -- DISINFECT, DISTORT AND DISPOSE.

we'll have to work out this answer only by logic, nowhere given directly. thanks, skjeev for the right direction u gave.
