Dear Doctors,

I would like to ask all honourable doctors of MALAYSIA forum that what is the procedure to get a job in MALAYSIA in mediocal profession?

I am a medical doctor and graduated in year 2002. I have PMDC licence and working in pakistan for last 3 years. I am Primary healthcare expereince of more tahn a year. My future plan is MRCP -1.

I was in Malaysia couple of months back .I did a clinical observership with on of the local gps there. I tried to find out what there process for registration is but no one at the ministry of health in malaysia really had an idea of how to go about things. But i did find out that the malaysian medical council has a website with all the information for foreign trained doctors. Ill put the web add here and cross my fingers that the moderator doesnt snip snip it

I would be glad if you could advice me regarding obtaining a Paediatric Job, preferrably Medical Officer or Registrar, from Malaysia.

I have MBBS from Pakistan,
MRCPCH part I from the UK,
DCH part I from the UK,
also have more than 5years of experience of General Paediatrics and Neonates.

And finally, I am from the Maldives.
