kiev medical colleage is the best in ukraine,but there is no english medium,but french medium is there.
2nd option is kharkiv state medical university,there is an english medium.

Out of the univs in Ukraine, I rate odessa the best for now. I havent heard too many good reviews about luganks., With odessa state medical univ, you get to do research and additional practicals too. The teachers are proficient in english. Plus the city is wonderful too.

Russian Degrees and Ukrainian Degrees are two different things. Because Russia and Ukraine are two different countries, do not confuse or consolidate them.
In Odessa, as of now, the degree the 1st years are getting are genuinely european recognise, it comes printed on the Degree itself.

I shall add information about Ukraine in general, the particular cities, their universities, the type and way of studying, in this forum soon.

we have many students comng frm lugansk nd kharkov....as far as i heard they said tht education or the percnt of marks over there is now presently based on money not on our tallent.........is it true?coz i nver went to lugansk or kharkov in person but peopl frm there told me ....
