I think the program here gives you the best of both worlds - i.e you get a massive number of cases and have an extremely experienced and dedicated faculty. The work load is fairly immense and expectations and standards are very high so don't apply unless you are willing to really sweat it out. There is extremely good exposure to all super-specialities and fairly extensive academics as well. Above all else though the work ethic and compassionate care of patients are the two most important things you learn here.
