Metastasis usually occurs in organs in which blood drains into from a particular region invoving a malignancy.....ovary although involved in metastasis is involved by direct extension of tumour i.e. Krukenberg tumour......Rectum..if i remember clearly is resistant to metastasis.....Appendix i m not sure.
Endometriosis definately can involve any damn portion of abdominal cavity.
If i were to mark an answer i would mark ENDOMETRIOSIS
