1.SLE

2.PAN

3.Henoch-Schonlein purpura

4.Good-Pasture syndrome

5.Subacute bacterial endocarditis

6.Wegener's granulomatosis

So the ans is Fanconi's.

Fanconi's sdr. pathologically involves proximal convoluted tubule('swan-neck' deformity).
All others have glomerular involvement
