The following is true of Isoflurane
25% of patients with coronary artery disease are prone to coronary steal……..coronary steal steal to kartahai..par kitney mein???

It decreases the rate of production of CSF and increases reabsorption……didn’t it have minimal effect on CSF & pressure…tabhi to neurosurgery mein DOC haina?
Hypercapnic cerebral vasodilation is reduced---ye to khud hi hypercarbia aur vasodilation karta hai!!!
It is 0.4% metabolized—anesthetic agents sey bach gayi..to ye number muchey maar dalengeyL
All of the above…hmmmm????

What is your intention?
If you are not happy with isoflurane , why dont you use Sevoflurane or desflurane?
